Visa guidance session and visa interviews of TEA cohort 1 participants were held in Islamabad on February 3 & 4, 2022. The guidance session was organized by Vision- Building Future in collaboration with RELO Pakistan.
Vision- Building Future (VBF) made all the necessary arrangements for the travel and accommodation of all TEA candidates who traveled from across Pakistan to Islamabad on Thursday, February 3, 2022 for a comprehensive visa interview guidance session. This session was organized to briefly explain the expected visa interview questions and elaborate the terms and conditions of J-1 visa.
Dr. Kelli Oddhu, Regional English Language Officer, and Ms. Aisha Amanullah, Grant Officer Representative, virtually joined the session. The session started with the opening remarks of Dr. Oddhu followed by an interactive activity, a guided presentation, and a Q/A session led by VBF to clarify any confusion and answer all queries of the participants related to the visa interview.
The information shared during the session resulted in the successful securing of J-1 visa of all participants for their TEA exchange program to the United States. VBF bade farewell to the participants for their travel back home after their visa interviews along with warm wishes for their soon expected TEA exchange visit.
